Couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Walked into the office in a panic at 9am as I hadn’t booked a big enough storage unit. Shannon was amazing in sorting me a larger one in a flash so that I could move everything in that morning. Super happy - 10/10!
Absolutely lovely team who are so friendly and accommodating! Melody, Shannon and Peter are all fantastic, they really made a stressful time of moving so much better. Their service goes above and beyond in many ways, huge props to the team :)
We were looking for a small storage unit to store some furniture and bits and pieces until we decide what to do with them. We were looking at local units, to compare prices and conditions. We didn't go any further than Storage King in Sunbury. Melody was wonderful at explaining the conditions and showing us the unit and when we came with our first load, Peter was great with all the technical and legal aspects involved.
