I would safely say this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in Australia over the past 20 years. Fiona and particularly Sarah were amazing to deal with and made a stressful move so much easier. Would recommend Storage King Southport to anyone looking for a top class service.
Storage kings Southport is incredible! The staff is super friendly and very considerate. Especially Fiona, she helped me out a lot.
There were rats/mice in our storage unit, destroyed some of our items - chewed through an armchair. Staff were told multiple times. No one seemed to care, after much complaining from us they moved our storage unit. We originally had one close to the entrance, we were moved to a much worse one right at the back of the storage facility. Would never use again.
