The entry gate stopped working, the after hours emergency number was unresponsive and I wasn't given a heads up on how to open it until it's fixed, so I wasn't able to pick-up my equipment for a job I had booked in for next morning. They suspected the damage to the gate to be caused by me, even though I had no problems with it for 6 days straight. I wish I could leave a more positive review, my intial sign up with Storage King Windsor was extremely positive- Deb at the front desk was fantastic, allowed me to borrow the van for move in and out, and I had no problems during my lease of the unit HOWEVER- issues arouse when I called up to cancel...
