Never had any issues with thefts or break ins. The paths that you drive to move around the lot are rocl.road base and tend to get washed out due to storms which can make driving through a bit bumpy. There are size limits. Management lives on site and are always super helpful and great to work with. We kept our 26 ft RV there for year. Our 43 ft won't fit so it is at a different site (which we do NOT like the management for!)
No security or video surveillance or gate entry/departure log history. Encountered theft on outdoor vehicle/boat storage.

I highly recommend Storage King to anyone who wants to store their RV. It is reasonably priced, secure, and clean. The storage managers are courteous, professional, and accessible.
