Staff were excellent, support was unbelievable especially with provision of a free truck
Was told upon signing up this is my rate and not to worry etc now they suddenly increased my rate by 25$ out of nowhere when they know I’m overseas and can not just move out like that. I was not told any of this could happen upfront and it creates a lot of mistrust and abuse of their power in having my stuff in storage while I am overseas! I would not recommend to do business with such business who out of nowhere increase their rates to existing customers who are renting storage already. I am beyond shocked!
Very good, good service
Lovely people, very helpful, smooth process, great storage sheds, easy access
