Shane, the store manager, is a real gentleman, and I really appreciate his helpful attitude. I do wish, though, that some customers would be a bit more considerate and not take advantage of that by using the storage units like a private warehouse. It can be a little frustrating not knowing whether a trolley will be available when I visit. That said, the storage service overall is excellent.
I visited this Storage King location three times. During my first two visits, the staff — including one lady staff member — were very friendly, polite, and helpful. They showed me the units and made a good impression. However, when I came back to sign the contract, only the senior manager was there, and the experience was completely different. A great facility and easy to access via road. Plenty of storage space available and the whole implementation and setup of the account was done very professionally. I would highly recommend this place for storage needs around the Canterbury, Bankstown and St George area.
I first issue with my storage that I found look on it not belong to me but, Shane with customer service solved situation in a good way and solution. Kobe as well was good staff
