Couldn’t recommend Storage King Richmond highly enough! Glen and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Onboarding and closing out are super straightforward processes. We’ll definitely use this business again in future.
Was a customer for, 4 years. Glenn the manager is an absolute lovely bloke. Is knowledge of everything plus his customer service is outstanding and he deserves all the credit in the world. If you need storage in the area, I recommend seeing the guys here because they are the absolute best to deal with.
Very unethical business. I used this storage for a few years a few years back. It’s not very convenient as the operating hours aren’t very long, though that shouldn’t be a basis for a poor review as it’s clear from the beginning what you’re signing up for. The reason for the 1 star review is the way they increase fees in an attempt to profit from the hassle of moving your belongings from their storage to another. They increased their fee 3 times over the 2 years I stored there, with my monthly fee going from $150 to $230. Af... read more
Moved our flat into storage over the weekend, Hamish was really helpful from the minute first spoke to him on the phone. Whole set up is great, easy to use and lifts and trollies to take items to locker made it so easy once we were there!
