Excellent facilities and very friendly and helpful service by their site manager Dean.
The manager Dean is a legend. On a hot day he was handing out free bottles of water for his customers. You don’t see customer service like this anymore. He is always happy to help you out with any questions or concerns. He is the best. 5 stars all the way.
Very happy with Storage King Pymble. The staff were very professional, friendly and supportive. We were impressed by Storage King Pymble's offer of free ice cold water to prevent clients from dehydration. It was a 30+, humid day when we and our removalists were moving a truck load into our unit. The ice cold water helped get through the move.
