Unprofessional and hostile customer service. The staff were rude and unpleasant in person, and they escalated a simple issue instead of handling it properly. The rubbish bins inside the gated area were completely full, so there was no practical way to dispose of a couple of small items. Rather than acknowledging the maintenance issue, I was threatened with a $100 “fine” and spoken to disrespectfully at the office. Had a storage unit in at Perth airport , so convenient and easy access at all times . Customer service was outstanding. Donna and Kirsty were simply amazing and go above and beyond. Due to us moving we gave up the storage unit and the process was simple and straightforward, no messing . Will definitely just call back in to say hello to the ladies !!! Would definitely recommend if you’re in need of a storage unit !
