Great customer service. Clean and tidy. Only issue i had was the bloke who was always there was unfriendly and rude when ever we went to our unit.
Well, this dynamic duo at Narellan are Gold. Both Emma and Shannon, are warm, friendly and ever so helpful. Extraordinary customer service. Emma walked me through the units and pricing. There was no need to look elsewhere and compare prices. I was delighted with the facility and my package. Shannon took me through the entry and security process. Highly recommend. First time I’ve put my personal effects into a storage facility. I was so nervous and the reason I was doing so was a stressful situation. Thank you Shannon, you made me feel comfortable and it was effortless. Hottest day to move in 45degrees a simple act of providing me with extra water and checking in with me before you left for the day, very appreciated! I’ve been back a few times to sort items, each time I felt very safe. I recommend without hesitation.
