I’ve been a customer of Storage King Narellan for the past 2.5 years and wanted to thank Emma for her outstanding service throughout that time. Emma was always professional, friendly, and helped me choose a storage space that suited my needs. More recently, when I realised I no longer needed such a large unit, she took the time to guide me through my options and helped me move to a smaller space, saving me money in the process. Great customer service. Clean and tidy. Only issue i had was the bloke who was always there was unfriendly and rude when ever we went to our unit.
Well, this dynamic duo at Narellan are Gold. Both Emma and Shannon, are warm, friendly and ever so helpful. Extraordinary customer service. Emma walked me through the units and pricing. There was no need to look elsewhere and compare prices. I was delighted with the facility and my package. Shannon took me through the entry and security process.
