TLDR; they weren’t staffed during office hours, so I couldn’t pick up my online order. I ordered a click-and-collect this morning for some packing boxes from this store. After paying, I was sent an email advising that I could pick up the order tomorrow, but, if necessary, I could call the store and organise to pick it up the same day. Mulgrave Storage King has NOT allowed me to pay for my storage 6 months in advance. You must now pay on a monthly basis. The price per month has risen once AGAIN, this time by $30 plus. I called other Storage King locations and the new payment system has not been enforced yet. I have just locked in a cheaper price for 6 months at another Storage King location.
