TLDR; they weren’t staffed during office hours, so I couldn’t pick up my online order. I ordered a click-and-collect this morning for some packing boxes from this store. After paying, I was sent an email advising that I could pick up the order tomorrow, but, if necessary, I could call the store and organise to pick it up the same day.
