Nice staff and modern facilities. Easy to reach off Gold Coast Highway too. I wish it was 24hrs though. The only thing negative I might say is that their customer restrooms are usually quite dirty.
It was a pleasure dealing withDevin as he was friendly and helpful. However dealing with the frontline lady at reception was a totally different story. She was arguementitive, unhelpful borderng on rude. She has very poor knowledge of the computer programmes and does not understand the system. Sent me home to retrieve my hard copy ID even though I had my digital ID handy. And on my return she told me she doesnt need it. Painful!!

Erin was incredibly rude . Hanged up on me mid conversation when I was just having a normal conversation about my delivery ! You can’t just say bye and hang up when someone is speaking . Get over yourself Erin and learn some basic customer service skills
