The Call centre team were amazing! They were so helpful and provided all the information I needed to get my last minute request for storage sorted before the office in Maddington closed at 2pm. VPS wise - there is a bug that redirects the customer to do the ID verification and Biometrics AFTER account creation and acceptance of T&Cs, may pay to look into this, not a good cx and could make customers panic about having to give more ID than needed.
