Dealing with monique was the worst, not responding to emails and charing extra and jumping of my storage fee over 60% in 6 months. Better store with kennards then here.
I’d say one of the worst experiences I had with Monique. Firstly got charged overdue of $25 in September even though I wa spaying upfront and then she had the audacity to kick around and not responding to my emails when I asked back in September and in December I asked if she can do anything about it and she said could be a one off and then when I’m checking out with January after speaking multiple times she said no. $25 is nothing but you just lost a permanent customer.
