The most clean and decent warehouse that I have seen recently and flexible on lease terms. Good, patient and professional staffs like Vera, really appreciated the Macquarie Park management team makes storage less stressful.

On the 29th July I had paid for a storage unit at Storage King Macquarie Park however they forgot to remove the padlock and I was unable to move my belongings to Storage King that evening before flying out the next day start a new job overseas. Having realised the mistake the next day, store manager Monique Dalby offered a full month credit as well as offered a removalist to help bring my belongings to Storage King while I am still overseas.
