Great service,but could do with cooling in storage rooms

After moving interstate I paid Almost $600 a month of fees to store my life's belongings (my furniture, appliances, boxes full of memories, clothes, collectables and car parts) at the facility as they 'offered' all sorts of protections and assurances just to hear "tough, absolutely nothing we can do" after all of it burns down. No compensation, no information about what caused the fire, and when I presented an estimate of my belongings; turns out no insurance either.
