Great experience with Steve. Storage unit is well priced / value for money + clean and easy access. Instructions are good and access is easy. Simple and straightforward 🤩 Steve went above and beyond to help me with my storage needs and I had multiple things related that were happening that I needed to coordinate that were messed up, then messed up my arrangements for a couple of days. Steve was super accommodating and understanding!!! Thanks so much Steve!!
I needed a last minute storage solution while trying to move house. The Storage King staff were so helpful finding the right sized unit, explaining how the system worked, showing me through the site. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
If you’re looking for a place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Storage King in Kings Park. The staff here are all super friendly, especially Stephen. He really went above and beyond for me during a difficult time and was very understanding when I accidentally set off the alarm when I first accessed my unit on my own and completely forgot when I needed to enter my code and when I didn’t. Steve is an absolute legend, incredible customer service and professionalism. The units are also well priced and easily accessible. This was our first time using self storage and I would definitely recommend this place 100%.
