This is a great facility but on this occasion, I am disappointed. Introducing padlocked Power Points. In a bizarre move to save approximately 1 kW/cent, Storage King West Heidelberg have suddenly padlocked all of their accessible Power points. In single corridors generating fees of nearly $100,000 a year, they decided to totally inconvenience and disrupt Unit holders by stopping them from shedding a few documents for a couple of minutes, or deny them emergency recharge of their phone. Their customer service and support were truly 110% - I was amazed at the way they treated every customer with such care and professionalism. The facilities were also excellent and easy to access, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m so grateful for their help.
