Jason and Phil were super professional and accommodating, with great advice and letting us know about the rental of the vehicle, which was invaluable when clearing out our unit. The whole experience was excellent - very clean storage unit and easy access onto site after hours. We would actively seek to use Storage King Heidelberg West again in the future for our storage needs.
Jason was extremely helpful when moving in and also when moving out, as was Phil. These friendly guys made my experience trouble free, I’d recommend this place and would definitely use their services again.
