Excellent, very clean well organised and friendly. Their prices are also significantly lower than their competitors. Please note this review was written for Fyshwick Self Storage. Before being bought by storage King. I doubt the pricing structure has survived but I no longer use the facility.
Wow! From the moment I completed an online quote with storage king to when I walked out with a storage unit booked, the service from Mark and Adam at Fyshwick was nothing short of amazing. Top shelf professional support from them both. I got all my boxes, tape and even a complimentary van to use on the day I intend moving in. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Mark and Adam.... you've restored my faith that good customer service still exists!!!
These guys made a very stressful process and move seamless, were really friendly and approachable, and the price was very reasonable. Helped me estimate the space needed (half garage). Move went perfectly. Thank you very much.
What an experience of OUTSTANDING customer service! Sandi Danan was the SO helpful, caring, friendly and efficient : I honestly couldn’t have completed my move so smoothly without him!
