I recently moved out of my unit and couldn't be happier with the experience I had at Storage King Fyshwick. A massive thank you to all the staff for their outstanding customer service! They were patient, accommodating, and always prompt in replying to my emails. They even provided a complimentary moving van, which was so helpful for moving my large items. I have recently moved into one of the units and Mark is truly amazing and helpful - I had to change the size of my units multiple times and Mark makes sure to streamline and smooth the process for me and truly lift off the pressure from me during this stressful time - fantastic experience! Cannot thank Mark enough!

I had cause to give a low review last week over an unfortunate incident. Today I received a call from the area manager who took ownership of the incident personally. That is a big tick from us, and along with a months grace, we are back on track with Storage King Fyshwick. Thanks Rob.

The team at Storage King Fyshwick made the whole process so easy - from signing up, to welcoming me, showing me how to get through the gates, and making sure everything was okay when I first got to site. Fabulous customer service from Donovan and Mark.

Paul and Mark were amazing. They were helpful, accommodating and extremely professional. Good old fashioned customer service! The storage space I had was perfect for my needs and in addition to that, the flexibility of being able to access my space was great. It was a really positive experience. I’d recommend Storage King to anyone out there looking for storage options.
