The light light above my unit goes out every 4 mins ...i have to walk down to where the sensor light is to activate the light to come on above my unit ... EVERY 4 MINITES ...please fix this ... . Godwin said they've all been recently redone and he couldnt do anything, i did ask him if he would report this as the contractors obviously haven't checked them adequately. Godman at Dee Why was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Everyone we have dealt with at storage king has been a delight.
Horrendous experience - they wouldn’t pick up the phone, their customer service kept promising a call back , only to never get called back for a week - eventually I emailed them , then was charged a pro rata rate for not cancelling my storage within 2 weeks notice, while I always communicated that the whole storage was just for 3 weeks, but happy to pay for a month. I even asked them if I am all good to vacate on my date and they failed to mention any further charges - which would have been so helpful not having to rush back... read more
