I was a customer here for around 7 years, in that time my locker flooded and I had to move to another locker. After that I had storage rental increases each year of $20 each year when I questioned why, I was told that I have a bigger locker now and the increase is to match the rental price, not like I had a choice I be in my original locker if it didn’t flood. Great friendly team at Cranbourne helping me with everything
This is by far the worst storage king. I have had my things in here for just over a year now and every single thing of mine has rat poo all over it. They did not look after our things properly by keeping rats out of it. We have to now throw so many of our things out because they are no good anymore. We pay $235 a month to keep our things here and this is the outcome. If I were you I'd rather go somewhere newer and cleaner because this is pathetic. I'm only giving 1 star because, if I could give no stars i would.
I contacted Storage King for a quote on available storage units and size options. I had an extremely quick response with all the information l needed. The lady l then spoke to was polite and knew exactly what l was after. The unit fits all of the items comfortably with a bit extra space left for additional items. I can highly recommend Storage King for their professionalism in helping to organise my unit. Price is very good, the area and my unit were very clean. Highly recommended Storage King Cranbourne.
