Good customer care and gentlemen at the front desk was very helpful.
So frustrated.. The second time in a row I have been to my storage unit and has been a wasted trip. First time, someone locked the wrong unit with company locks being a Sunday no staff were on site, and today, I purposely went during staffed hours to move heavy equipment and the lift/hoist is out of order, with no communication from management of the closure. An email to notify those on upper floors could have saved both unnecessary trips.
Everything was seamless, and the security at the complex made us feel very comfortable.
We were very happy as storage king looked after us. They kept a unit available for two months until we decided the date to move in. We moved within the month. It was their last big shed left at the time. Very secure place and clean. Also free insurance for a month. The girls were very helpful. Thanks.
