Difficult staff member. I found her challenging and whilst there another customer told her she was rude. Unpleasant experience and I gave up.
I am very happy about my decision to use Storage King to store my household goods. Conveniently located and i have full access all days. They had options to choose. Completely operated by code system and monitoring by CCTV. Staff is very helpful and giving full instruction and repeating to verify. One staff member offered to help with registering my ID in mobile phone. It was very kind of her.
I have NO pictures at this time. What kind of pictures you need? Storage in storage locker?? Security of the storage area and facility. My opinion is what I receive, saw in accordance to my experience as a security industry for over 20 years. Staff members were very knowledgeable, helpful, and understandable of all my needs!!

Mel and Brenda are the most wonderful beautiful people to work in a storage place or really any place I have been to in WA!! They will take care of you and with a fabulous attitude they definitely helped me out with finding a storage unit and made it so easy and even fun! :) We need more people like them !! Definitely go here for your storage needs!! You won’t be disappointed ! Thanks again Mel and Brenda you legends! !
