Disappointing experience when moving out. The communication around the final charges was vague and lacked transparency, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. It shouldn’t take repeated back-and-forth just to understand a basic fee. Had things been explained clearly upfront, the process would have been much smoother. On that basis, I won’t be returning.
