Rude staff. Overpriced storage. Goods full of mould and pests after less than a year at this facility and needed to be thrown out. Ridiculous fees.
We have had a terrible experience with Burleigh Storage King. Over the 5 months that we have had a space here we have only been granted access through our passcode once, every other time - access denied. Staff are lovely and have changed our passcode multiple times but to no avail - there is a problem with the system apparently. What is the point of having a storage space that you can’t access. The fee is charged monthly though. We will be out of here as soon as we can be.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received at Storage King Burleigh recently, and am truly blown away by how helpful and caring Jordan and Lisa were. Both these ladies went above and beyond to help me store my car there fairly last minute before going away, and I knew I would be leaving it in good hands. Thank you so much, and a special shout out to Jordan who deserves to be recognised for such excellent customer service - you are the best ☺️❤️
