They are the best team ever, the most helpful in the company. I have ever seen.. just wow!!
I feel mocked at this storage ! Staff are very unkind, I left the storage unit around the 7th of April and I paid for the storage place around the 28th of march and I didn’t really needed to use it for the rest of the month of April and I wanted to see if could get my money back! Since I paid they said that they won’t be giving me the money towards the ending the use of the storage unit! April for some unknown reason. I forgot to get my locker from the unit for the whole April moth, and they advice me that I own $21 for leav... read more
Nothing but excellent service from them. They are flexible given my circumstances in changing the required storage size until the last day (if available). Breath of fresh air to have good customer service again! Cannot say the same about other storage places nearby....
