I have been using SK Artarmon for the past 18 months. Peter was extremely helpful when I initially called because I had to ask for a small additional storage facility for 24 hours at the last moment. He offered me a great rate and took the stress out of my day due to problems with the removalists. Over the past 18 months, the team has always offered me any assistance I required. If I need storage again, I will definitely be using SK Artarmon. Thanks again, Peter!
I moved out of this place today and will not be coming back. I needed help with a refund(partial or full) and one of the staff at the st Leonard’s sister store was helping me and spoke to me very condescendingly and rudely. No form of proper customer service (being empathic) was displayed. I told him I don’t appreciate the tone I was being spoken to and he just told me I’m just doing my job that’s too bad. Lol respectfully, your job doesn’t require you to exhibit attitude like that unwarranted. I’m disappointed.
