Highly deceptive and dishonest. Storage King Adamstown made a competitive offer to secure our business. After 6 months, they whacked us with a 25% monthly fee increase ($900 / year) without any rationale. It is apparently allowed in the contract for them to change the price every 6 months if you read the fine print. We would happily just move to another storage provider however the problem is it is now quite costly and inconvenient to move everything and our circumstances do not allow us to immediately. Ordered boxes online next day i get a courtesy phone call saying your boxes are ready for pick up great customer service.
