Exceptional customer service via phone getting my autopsy fixed and updated
I find that it is easier now with Go Store It to pay my bill each month, so that’s nice. No more problems with that. Customer service is good on the phone, and this makes me happy. I’m not comfortable, though, with the fact that there is no longer a human being at the local office; in place of a person is a screen with the image of a person on the wall when one enters the building, and I honestly do not like that.
