This is my first experience with renting a storage and it was seamless and done online! When I registered, Lisa called me to welcome me and explain the process. While moving in, she checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I love that the location is clean and easy to navigate!
I rented a storage unit from Storage First. Miss Kimberly handled everything so professionally, explained everything so I understood, I have a hearing issue and she was so patient and kind. I was really impressed with how clean and neat the units and parking areas are. Miss Berkeley made sure I was able to open the gate, my code worked, and took me to my unit. A very positive experience. I so appreciated it.
Im moving soon so i stopped by for some info. Very nice facility. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kimberly. She was awesome. Most definitely a plus.
