I just moved my extra furniture to Storage Express Palmdale. I was shopping around for weeks and came in and worked with the employees and manager a few times to look at different units and talk about security Each time they were willing to help and answer all my questions . I would recommend this company and this facility to anyone. It is clean, professional and safe.

Unprofessional – BEWARE of this place. This is by far one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. I purchased some moving boxes from this place, and was unsure of how many to get, so I asked if there was a return policy, and the cashier told me no refunds at all. However while i was waiting in line i was looking at the boxes and the box clearly says if box is intact and you have the receipt a full refund will be granted, so I pointed this out and the cashier's remark was "oh yeah, I guess so then."
