Ten stars....I've had one or more spaces there since 1993....and they've changed hands numerous times during those years....and I always dreaded the next manager because they never would answer the phone or return emails or help you with anything. But thank goodness that stopped with Lance. I closed out there recently which was complicated for various reasons, but Lance worked with me all the way through it and made it work like a breeze. Reserved and paid for a rv parking site. Didn’t try to actually arrived until early evening of the scheduled day. My access code wasn’t activated. Contacted customer service and had to wait an additional half an hour for the system to be rebooted before I was actually able to get through security gate. Everything went smoothly after that. Next day, the manager/agent contacted me and apologized for the original mishap.
