Anytime I had a question or problem with my unit the customer service representative was very friendly and helpful! 10/10!
If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete dump. The keypad to enter is so worn down you can’t see any of the bottom numbers. I was given the wrong gate code and access code to our storage unit from the start. This resulted in long phone calls with customer service that make it really hard to actually speak to someone who can do anything for you. There is no one on sight to help.
