Very happy with service, ease of use
Great customer service. They were able to get me two units close together.
DO NOT RECOMMEND UPDATE- received another notice by mail Dec 2024 that the rates are going up to $196/month - that’s a $131/mo increase in less than a year, ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I set up my storage rental here in March, I have been very pleased great rates, convenient location, secure, etc. I just received a notice by mail today that effective 7/1 my unit rent will be increased from $65/mo to $124 😳😳😳 a $59/mo increase, that’s INSANE!! Not pleased at all.
I like know my units are safe with security cameras and pass code gates. There customer service department are always friendly and polite. They go above and beyond. I've been with them for 3 yrs now and not had any issue that couldn't be resolved.
