I rent several units at this Public Storage location. Marchella is very helpful and works to accommodate my storage needs. I am very happy with the service I receive from all employees at this location. Keep up the great work.
Yall steal from me then keep storage unit open after I asked it to be closed two months ago yall ain't getting a dime your company stole all my bakers equipment and then just kept my storage unit open to charge me more money. This is laughable and i'm suing. I placed a phone in onthis contact the franchise... I called two and a half months ago.Telling you guys to close up the storage unit. Left email too after the theft happened, i'm making a second police report for theft and contacting your corporate company
Not impressed with this place! Started by going to office today to complete my reservation and move in, to find no one working. Called cust svc to complete rental and had unexpected charges for lock and insurance. Let's see how long it takes for rent to go up. Customers have to use P.S. lock ($19.99+tx) because it's not a standard padlock on the units. Then I had to get a text msg (or email) with a 10 digit gate code that I'll never remember.
