Great staff and easy rental process
All the employees were really helpful when I was shopping around for storage units in the Long Beach area. On my first visit, they gave me a tour, were welcoming, and not pushy at all. I checked out a few other places in the area, and StorQuest easily came out on top for security, cleanliness, and how easy it is to get in and out. When I came back a week later, I worked with Maria. Maria was super helpful and made my experience at this location a positive one. Maria helped me choose the right size storage unit for my needs and also gave good recommendations for lots of things around the Long Beach area. She was also patient answering my many questions. The property seems secure and the staff are attentive to issues. I plan to keep using this facility.
