Let me begin by stating, the manager is an absolutely wonderful person. I found her to be kind and professional at all times. So my comments regarding the facility itself is separate of her. The facility: I wish I could place a "0". The pictures posted on their website does not reflect the real current condition of their storage units. I placed some items there for a year. When I returned, I found many of my things in ruin because of water damage from the rain. The floor of my storage was damp, and some of my things had mold... read more
