Super helpful office staff! They made everything so easy and there is never a delay when calling or needing assistance !
After move in totally went downhill. I live overseas and cannot get in touch with them. They don't answer email and the phone is automated. The card I had on autopay expired, and I have tried multiple times to update it. After using an online signing tool, it didn't work, but I thought it did and was surprised the next month when payment was late again and more late fees. The counter person at Storage Direct Self Storage was very helpful and accommodating when we rented our 10 X 10 unit. She showed us to our unit and made sure it was clean. I also thought the price was very reasonable compared to other places I had called.
