Rental process was simple and non stressful. Those who assisted me were very courteous and helpful.Excellent customer service. Unit was clean and easily accessible.
Online renting of unit was super easy. Check in was fast and the facility is super clean
My experience went really well! The young lady that helped me on Saturday, August 15, 2026, was very professional, courteous, and was on her money. She was very patient, as I had a lot going on that morning. The Storage Direct Self Storage location I visited was very clean and QUIET..... LOVED IT!!!!! And to top it off, it's less than 3 minutes from where I reside.
