I’m very disappointed with this storage facility. There are frequently homeless people sleeping outside the doors or hanging around the entrance, which makes it uncomfortable and concerning when trying to access my unit. Inside, there is a strong mold-like smell, and I have also noticed cockroaches and fruit flies. The facility needs to do a much better job with cleanliness, pest control, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for customers. Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. 1 star is actually being nice. They offer decent monthly pricing that’s all! If you want your belongings to be damaged by the strong smell of mold and find roaches in all your packaged boxes, then this is the place. Not only is the parking hard to get into and there’s no real place to load and unload your stuff, the inside is not kept up to par at all. You’re better off paying the extra money to use Public Storage! At least they have standards. Thank goodness this is the last month ... read more

Tiffany the manager is the best she is so attentive to your needs as a renter and is always willing to do anything she can to be helpful... Kris the grounds facilator for the property is also amazing and is always doing a great job on the property...
