Extreme pricing increases over the past year. From $75 to $191. I can barely afford the unit now. I've had to switch units due to the ceiling caving in, the new unit also caved in. I gave up trying to save my stuff, I've lost over 5 grand in belongings. They are of no help when it happens, just offer a new unit IF they have one available.
The storage unit we rented was in a location that was in a sketchy location. It was impossible to get a moving truck up the hill. However, once you got into the building, the storage units stayed much cleaner than one of those with no climate control. The items in the unit did not get dusty and there were no pests for the four years that we used it.
I wish the lights on the outside of the building stayed on. They just blink past the first light on the outside of the building, and it's not in the safest area, so light is important.
