Had water intrusion into my unit, ruining much of what I was storing in there. A/C seemed to be kept at about 85 degrees, which is not what I expect for climate control and did little to pull moisture out of the unit after it leaked. Customer service is very hard to reach. I had to send multiple emails and make multiple phone calls just to cancel my unit after moving out. The facility is very difficult to get in/out of.
