The unit I rented online was not available in person (wasn't cleaned), so we called and the FSR helped us in person. We ended up being told another unit by CCC and that unit had not been cleaned even though it showed as available in their system. CCC rented us another unit that was a little more, per month, but they discounted it.

Gate was not working code wouldn’t work had to call customer service to help they couldn’t get a hold of manager when they finally did get a hold of her he said the manager will call me shortly, still haven’t received a phone call. Loading dock is higher than the truck no carts provided to move your belongings. Gate would not open to let me out. Had to drive to other side where the concrete was uneven and had a steep incline.
