Easy to rent,actual people no A.I.all the managers were pleasant and easy to talk with and acomadating,great customer service!
Gate was not working code wouldn’t work had to call customer service to help they couldn’t get a hold of manager when they finally did get a hold of her he said the manager will call me shortly, still haven’t received a phone call. Loading dock is higher than the truck no carts provided to move your belongings. Gate would not open to let me out. Had to drive to other side where the concrete was uneven and had a steep incline. We rented a unit recently, 10 stars for Stacey customer service. When we arrived at the facility we had no problems accessing our unit. The unit was clean with brand new still in package locks to secure our unit.
It was easy and customer service was very helpful
