Says their open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm and been waiting since for over a hour for them to open, horrible customer service
Via phone call, I secured a reservation at Storage Depot for a climate controlled storage unit. The contact representative I spoke to was Joshua. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and concerns and gave me all the vital info needed. I must say this was a very pleasant experience! Thanks!
