Management is impossible to contact; they use a call center where none of the workers have any power to solve problems. They allow homeless people to live in units. The property is not maintained, and no longer has a dumpster due to the aforementioned homeless people. We have emailed and called for a month to resolve an issue in our commercial space, but haven't received a response.
I had an excellent experience at Public Storage thanks to Jay. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Por ahora todo es perfecto!!Tienen un personal muy capacitado, son muy cordiales y respetuosos..Y tratan de que encuentren el tamaño de la unidad conforme a sus necesidades, y todo el proceso es muy rápido y seguro. Y lo mejor de todo que tienen los mejores precios y diferentes tamaños.
