Save yourself from a headache and do not rent from here. We rented a unit online on Friday August 1st. It was super easy to pay them money but not so easy to get into our unit. They never sent the code to get into the unit itself. We called.. no answer.. we emailed.. no answer. Now it is Monday August 4th.. still no lock code and I have been on hold with their automated system for the last 12 minutes. I tried their chat.. it just sends automatic messages and does not help. I had a terrible experience with a previous company when it comes to pricing and hidden fees. Being quoted one price, seeing multiple prices on the website, and then when I arrived with all my things to be stored, I was quoted 5 times as much - for admin fees, mandatory insurance, and a lock among those prices - on TOP of being told their price would jump up 4 times as much at any moment so I needed to pay for multiple months up front because.
