All was well except I did not receive the address to the second building where my room was located. However, I did receive adequate assistance from the live customer service..
Easy to work with if you need storage. When we arrived at the unit it was locked with pad locks and we couldn’t get it. All it took was another phone call and we were given anther unit within a few minutes. Very friendly staff.
