The Rental & Move in process was super simple. Unfortunately several days after I moved in I returned to access my unit and found it had flooded due to the poor drainage and flooding in front of and around my unit. I couldn’t reach anyone after hours so I rented another more secure unit online and immediately moved my belongings out & into the new dry unit. Great Service!
Good for short term rental. Easy to sign up and 24 hour access is ideal. My only issue was the bait and switch tactics they deploy. They give you great rates to get you in, then after 5 months, they jack the rates up by 2x or 3x the intro price. I was paying $46 and $51 for two side by side 10x12 units then after 5 months I get an email saying they’re increasing the rates to $139 per unit! So I went from $97/month to $278/month! Easy signup and great rates…..but they will transform those great rates after 4 or 5 months by 2x or 3x the price. Do not get a unit here long term
