1-Star Review: Unacceptable Access Issues, Safety Hazards, and Business Disruption ​I am highly disappointed with the complete lack of operational management at this facility. My storage fees are fully paid and up to date, yet I am completely locked out of accessing my property. ​The facility grounds are currently a disaster zone. There is a massive hole in the ground preventing vehicles from driving up to the gate. I do not recommend. Twice within the last few weeks, the gate will not open making it unable to enter. From 9:30 am until 6:30 pm, have been trying to get and still have no idea when it will be fixed. Customer no service just lies and say they are sending someone to fix it and they don’t. This has cost us money as we can’t get in to access anything. Run from this place as fast you can. They will not compensate you  for their issue, yet the monthly fee comes out automatically every month.

Lots of break ins and peoples units getting robbed. The comapny starts off with great prices and everything seems good from the beginning but i would definitely stay away. Cubesmart a much better storage place 5 mins away and there is a person on site to speak to during buisness hours and they still respond to you after hours.
