Completely awful people at this facility. I was given an amount to pay (directly from their customer service) on a unit that I was paying off for another person and when I got there, Jared started out by giving a bad attitude, then he started to say the same total as the customer service rep told me and then he decided to add nearly $20 to the total (probably for himself). He claimed the extra fee was for a second lock that they put on the unit and that they had sent the keys to the person whose unit it was by certified mail... read more
