Pros: Easy to set up rental, nice app, easy access Cons:They attract customers with good prices. Beware, the rent goes up approximately $10-15 per month every month after your initial promotion. My $115 a month storage unit is now $210 per month after six months.
Tracy explained everything in detail so there was NO misunderstanding about what the cost was going to be. She patiently answered all of my questions. We got tour of multiple sized storage lockers to see which one suited us the best. If Tracy didn’t suggest the tour we would have been stuck with one way too small for our needs. So I appreciate her suggestion. Totally happy with our experience. Very easy process and very easy to move things in given there are carts available for easy transport.
All of the managers at the Cube Smart at the Allentown Blvd location in Harrisburg have been nothing but accommodating and operating with the absolutely best interest of their clients. Huge kudos to Dave, Tracy and especially Aquila. In today's environment, it is difficult to find people who take an active hand in meeting a customer's needs and these people excel in that area. A huge thanks to you all!
