Very clean and secure however, frequently raises rates. Mine was raised twice in less than a year. Not $10 a month but $37 a month for each unit. I had two. Units did not have electricity. One unit was a standard small pole building type unit and the other was a 2 bedroom apt size that was climate controlled. No need to raise the rates that high. I won't use CubeSmart again and I don't recommend if you need an extended stay. They'll rape your bank account.
