David was very helpful at the Allentown boulevard location! Quick, Easy, Informative, and Personable customer service! I would recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing more space that is clean, affordable, and safe!
David assisted me and was very polite, respectful and thorough. I've used many different storage units in my life and this has to be one of the cleaner/nicer looking ones. I picked this one because it was by far the cheapest out of 5 or 6 other companies I looked at for weeks. I would highly recommend if you don't need a climate controlled unit!
Our experience with Akilah was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful and walked us through the entire process. I would highly recommend this storage unit for its location and friendly staff!
The CubeSmart is clean and easy to access. David the general manager at the place is understanding and helpful. The only thing I wished would’ve been better is that the storage units would be checked semi-consistently for broken parts, as when I changed my storage unit the new unit had a broken part.
