my belongings from my 3 bedroom house. 2 adults, 5 children were stored here on Cumberland parkway Mechanicsburg. all my things are DESTROYED by mice and rats! EVERYTHING is covered in poop and piss. My bedding sets were torn apart to make nests and memory foam toppers are in pieces. we have paid for the insurance (what a joke of insurance) since December 15 2018 since putting EVERYTHING we owned here and trusting it would be safe! apparently the insurance DOES NOT cover damages done by animals. Fast easy process. Jenna was very helpful. The unit was 10x10 and very clean. Price seems reasonable and is month to month - no long term contracts
Reserved online, when I went in person to pay and change my date I was given a different price than was what shown online. I was told the price is different for a 10x5 vs 5x10. Not sure if I am missing something but 50sq ft is 50 sq ft. The young lady at the counter was very nice. The space is clean. It's just disappointing that I did not get the price I thought I was.
They are so nice and friendly here! We had to upgrade to a bigger unit and because of a promotion I got 15% off and a month free. That definitely helps when you’re on a budget! And knowing we can use their truck instead of renting from someone else is a great touch to an already great company!
