There staff is not honest the Climate control units have mice that get into your product even when you don't put food in there like you're told to. And they text you there Personal cell phone with out getting Permission .

Deena, we are in the process of mailing your deposit to you, and we also provided additional days to your rental without charging you for an additional month. Our climate control units receive extermination services monthly, which makes it highly unlikely for mice to get into the units. We do occasionally send text messages to clients when we cannot reach them by phone about moving out of a unit or paying. If you have direct concerns we can address, please call us at 765-529-2585.
